Information on the ²²² International Conference on Carpathian Bats
Dear colleague,
We invite you to participate in the work of the ²²² International Ñonference on Carpathian Bats, to be held on the basis of the Carpathian Biosphere Reserve (Ukraine) in September 8–12, 2000 in the town of Rakhiv. Theme of the meeting:
State and prospects of the Carpathian bats investigations in the verge of millennia

Action "European night of bats in Ukraine’ 2000"
Round-table discussion of the working group ABC “Atlas of the Carpathian Bats"
Exhibitions of photographs and drawings, dedicated to bats of the Carpathian region
Detector workshop
Excursion to one of the massifs of the Carpathian biosphere reserve

| Accommodation The participants will be accommodated mainly in the tourist centre, Rakhiv. Possible also accommodation in a tent camp (participants will be not provided with tents and other field outfit). |
| Deadlines Please send back your Registration form till June 1, 2000 to the address of Organizing Committee. |
Abstracts of presentations should be send before July 1, 2000. Requests for the design of papers: English language, scope 2000 symbols, form of submission – printed version + file in Winword version 2…7. It is possible to fit tables within the author’s page ( format A5).
